INFORMATION COLLECTION & STORAGE NOTICE
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information, and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform, an online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Shepherds of Wildlife Services cookies allow you to take advantage of some of Shepherds of Wildlife' Services' essential features. USE OF SHEPHERDS OF WILDLIFE SERVICES BY CHILDREN
Shepherds of Wildlife Society and Shepherds of Wildlife, LLC do not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use Shepherds of Wildlife Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without the consent of the child's parent or guardian.
EU-US AND SWISS-US PRIVACY SHIELDS
Shepherds of Wildlife Society and Shepherds of Wildlife, LLC participate in the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield frameworks.
We do not rely on the Privacy Shield but continue to keep to the commitments below that we made when we certified to the Privacy Shield.
Shepherds of Wildlife Society and Shepherds of Wildlife, LLC participate in the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT
This California Consumer Privacy Act disclosure page ("Disclosure") supplements this Shepherds of Wildlife Privacy Notice and is effective as of January 1, 2021. The Shepherds of Wildlife Privacy Notice describes the personal information that we collect, the sources from which we collect it, the purposes for which we use it, the limited circumstances under which we share personal information, and with whom we share it.

If you choose to use Shepherds of Wildlife Services, your use and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Notice and our Conditions of Use , including limitations on damages, resolution of disputes, and application of the law of the state of Washington. If you have any concern about privacy with Shepherds of Wildlife Services, please contact us with a thorough description, and we will try to resolve it. Our business changes constantly, and our Privacy Notice will change also.
You should check our websites frequently to see recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Notice applies to all information that we have about you and your account. We stand behind the promises we make, however, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers.
